Returns

We encourage you to measure your pet and refer to the size chart on each and every product page for specific measurements. Wicked Monkey cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Once an order has been placed, our return policy takes effect. If you have created an account you may login to begin the return process.  In the event that an item is eligible for exchange/return, here are the guidelines that we follow:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thewickedmonkey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed. Your refund will take 3 to 5 business days to show in in your bank account. 

  • For items that are eligible, return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order: 
  • All returns/exchanges must be in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any pet hair/dander. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, we will ship your new item after our team processes your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
